RECEIVING Deliver artwork to the PCA

ADULTS/YOUNG ADULT – RECEPTION & AWARDS

Awards Presentation at 8 p.m.

Saturday, March 29, 1 – 3 p.m. Awards Presentation at 2 p.m.
VIEWING HOURS
Saturday, March 29, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Additional viewing hours for adult/young adult winners: Sundays April 6-27, 12-2pm
PICK-UP
General pickup: Sunday, March 30, 4-6pm.
Adult/Young Adult winners' pickup: Sunday, April 27, 2-4pm.
The PCA cannot be responsible for storage of artwork. Please do not enter WRAE 2008 if you cannot pick-up your artwork on time.
CATEGORY
Adults should select Professional/Experienced if they have a degree in Art, have studied extensively, have had works accepted into a Juried show, have won awards in judged shows, have sold artwork, are employed in an art-related field or their artwork regularly hangs in a gallery.

ELIGIBILITY
Limited to two original works per artist. The WRAE guarantees hanging at least one work for each artist. Every attempt will be made to hang all submitted work but, in the event of a lack of hanging space,
please indicate your first choice by entering it as 'Entry # 1'
. Any work entered should not have been shown at a previous WRAE.
FRAMING & LABELING
All work should be properly prepared for hanging with screw eyes and wire.
The Artist's name, address, and phone number, and the work's title, and price or “NFS” should be on the back of the work. Children/Teen work should be framed or matted with a secure tab for hanging.
SALES
Work may be offered for sale, but please, no PORs. If your work is not for sale, mark NFS. The PCA retains a 20% commission on all sales.
SIZE LIMITATIONS
Maximum allowed dimensions of work is 40” x 40” framed. Larger work may be hung as space allows. Please call ahead to make arrangements.
LIABILITY
Neither the PCA nor the WRAE is responsible for the loss of or damage to any work submitted to this exhibition. Artists should carry their own insurance if desired. Submitting a work to this exhibition shall imply an agreement by the artist to these conditions.
ENTRY FEE
Seniors (65+): $8 per work
Adults: $10 per work
Children/Teens/Young Adult: $5 per work
Make checks payable to “PCA” Bring your artwork, and payment to Receiving.
All entries will be judged and prizes will be awarded.
Except for Metals/Jewelry and Sculpture, wining artwork in the adult/young adult category will remain on display until April 27.
