Fletcher Library Inc. will be holding a Kids and Young Adults book sale on Wednesday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. and Thursday, July 29 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the meeting room of the library at 50 Main Street, Westford. On Thursday all materials will be offered at half price. In addition, there will be a preview sale for Friends members only on Tuesday, July 27 from 7 to 9 p.m. Memberships will be available at the door.
The sale will include books plus CDs, audio books, DVDs and videos. Regular prices are 50 cents and up for paperbacks and $1 and up for hardcover books.
100% of the proceeds from all book sales directly benefit our library unlike other organizations collecting book donations that do not donate 100% of their proceeds.
Approximately 95% of the books offered at these sales are donated by Westford residents. As you are cleaning out your unused books, please consider donating them to the library for the direct benefit of Westford residents. Book donations may be left in the chest near the back door to the library. This box is always available to collect your donations, and tax deduction forms are available at the Main Desk.
