Dear Members and Friends of FPCU:

Does your family enjoy being greeters welcoming everyone into the church? Or perhaps you enjoy sharing your culinary skills by doing coffee hour. Here is an opportunity to state your preference to how you would like to make a contribution on a Sunday morning and help make the whole experience more welcoming for all.

This website has the Volunteer Form for Sunday Morning Tasks (greeting, ushering, caring in the nursery, and providing refreshments for coffee hour) to complete and return to the church office by July 1. We recognize your schedules and needs change from year to year and are providing on opportunity to express your interests for the upcoming year. This form will be used for the 2006 – 2007 church year. Newcomers to the church who have not yet participated in Sunday morning activities will receive a letter shortly.

We thank everyone who was able to help this past year for the cheerful caring manner in which these tasks were done. Please note that if you choose not to fill out the form that will be interpreted as a willingness to participate once in each of these church activities in the upcoming year. The new schedule will be sent to your home in August. The schedule can also be checked at www.firstparishwestford.org.
