Plant and maintain an herb garden at the Westford Museum
   Work on special projects with residents of the Westford Nursing Home
   Provide holiday decorations for the Town Hall, Library, Triangle (Hildreth) and Common
   Provide information and advice on plantings to the public upon request  and other garden related special one-time projects.

   Award annual scholarship to student(s) who intend to pursue a career in education; horticulture or environmental science.

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE WESTFORD GARDEN CLUB SCHOLARSHIP. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY, ONE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF WESTFORD, MASSACHUSETTS AND FURTHERING HIS/HER EDUCATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AGRONOMY, BIOLOGY, EARTH MANAGEMENT OR A RELATED FIELD OF STUDY.

   Participate in the Gay 90’s Senior Gathering, an annual event sponsored by the Westford Council on Aging to honor Westford residents 90 years of age or older.

   Develop and maintain a D.A.R.E. sponsored traffic island located at the Concord Road and Hildreth Street intersection.
