Sewing Social

WFN Service will be holding a Sewing Social at Beth’s house (25 Colonial Drive) from 12 – 3pm. We will be making cat toys and beds for shelter cages at the Lowell Humane Society. For those wishing to participate, please consider donating fabric. All are welcome, no sewing

~ Membership ~

 

Club membership is open to all residents of Westford and surrounding towns.  Prospective members may attend activities for one month only prior to joining WFN.  Payment of dues establishes membership and makes the new member eligible to hold a position on the board, chair a committee or be an interest group leader. 

The club’s calendar runs from September to June.
 Membership benefits include…  

    

  • Access to special events and fundraisers in our community.
  • Club mailings and a membership directory
    published bi-annually.
  • A monthly newsletter that includes a free bulletin board for all members to post ‘classified ads’ for items and services.
  • Advertising space in our newsletter which is available for a small fee to both members and non-members. (Contact Membership for rates.) 

Annual dues for members are $30.00/family if started anytime from
July 1 – February 28 inclusively, and $15.00/family if started from
March 1 – June 30.

~Community Gathering~

"Raising a Money Smart Child"
March 10th at 7:30pm at Roudenbush. 

We all want the best for our children. We want them to have good values and an education that will help them become successful. And, of course, part of that education includes learning how to manage money. That’s a complex subject.

We will hear from MARSHALL-BEN TISDALE who is a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones in Westford. As a Financial Advisor he hopes to help families plan for and reach their retirement goals. This is a program for all parents!
