Second-year Webelos generally join our troop in March, as they cross over from their Cub Scout during the Arrow of Light Ceremony. Other boys may join at any time.  During January, Troop 591 invites 1st- and 2nd-year Webelos to join in several activities with our scouts to help Webelos decide if Troop 591 is the right troop for them.  In addition, we encourage Webelos and their parents/leaders to attend a troop meeting.  This allows scouts to see what happens in meetings, learn a new skill, and have a lot of fun!  This also us to meet with parents and provide additional information about the troop as well as answer any questions the parents may have.
