WA Athletic Boosters holds their general business meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. The meetings start at 7:00 PM until about 8:30 PM. The meetings are brief, informative and follow a pre-planned agenda. Included in each meeting is the monthly Treasurer's report and the minutes from the previous meeting. The meetings are held in the library media center on the second floor of Westford Academy.

Each committee gives a short report. Old business and new business are discussed. This is a great time to voice concerns, questions and offer ideas on how to improve the program.
